1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store the plain password).
• Conversation data: if you are signed in, your chats with characters and derived "memory" facts (things you tell your companion) are stored on our servers so they persist across devices. Guests' data stays in their own browser.
• Generation data: the prompts and settings used to create images. Generated images are delivered to your browser and are not permanently retained on our servers.
• Technical data: hashed IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and basic server logs.

2. What we use it for

To run the Service: keeping your conversations and companions across devices, personalising your companion's memory, enforcing daily usage limits, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data or use your conversations for advertising.

3. Third-party processors

Message text and image prompts are sent to AI infrastructure providers (currently Novita.ai, with OpenRouter as fallback) solely to generate responses and images, and to a moderation provider (OpenAI moderation endpoint) solely to detect prohibited content. These providers process content transiently to serve each request. We do not send them your email or account identity.

4. Retention and deletion

Account, chat, and memory data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual memories in the app, and you can request full account deletion at any time by emailing contact@peachgf.com — we delete your account data within 30 days.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), sessions use random bearer tokens stored hashed, all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS, and data is stored outside the public web root. No system is perfectly secure; use a unique password.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Children

The Service is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; suspected minor accounts are deleted.
