1. What PeachGF is

PeachGF ("the Service", available at peachgf.com) provides AI-generated companion chat and AI-generated images. All characters are entirely fictional, computer-generated adults (portrayed as 21+). Conversations and images are produced by artificial intelligence — no real person is depicted, no human is on the other side of the chat.

2. Eligibility — adults only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts we believe belong to minors.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Provide a valid email address. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to request, generate, or attempt to generate:

• any sexual content involving minors, or characters presented as minors, including "age-play" — zero tolerance; attempts are logged and accounts terminated;
• content depicting real, identifiable persons (including celebrities) without their consent;
• content depicting non-consent, coercion, incest, or bestiality;
• anything illegal in your jurisdiction, or content used for harassment, fraud, or spam.

Automated moderation reviews inputs and outputs. We may refuse, block, or remove content at our discretion.

5. Free tier and limits

The Service currently offers a free tier limited to a daily allowance (currently 100 messages and 20 images per day per account). Limits may change. We may introduce paid plans; existing usage terms will be updated accordingly.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, fictional, or unpredictable. The Service is entertainment only — it is not advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological) and not a substitute for human relationships or professional help. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service or helpline.

7. Intellectual property

You may use images generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Service, its branding, characters, and software remain our property. You are responsible for prompts you submit.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0 on the free tier).

9. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
